So we are 3 days into the challenge and several of you had similar questions so I have decided to address them all at once.
- Protein powder - No, there is not a 1 point penalty for consuming more than one serving per day
- Sweeteners - Agave and Estivia only!!!
- Coffee - Yes, coffee is fine but not the cream or sugar.
- WOD Incentive - There is a -2 points for everyday you complete a wod.
- Fruits - There is not point penalties for consuming more than 3 servings of fruit per day
- Body Fat Testing / Scale - This is not a requirement but it is a great gage to see just how much your body is transforming. It also lets us know if we need to make adjustments to you food intake in order to acheive your goal.
